DESCRIPTION
The SORA Blouse is a simple and airy summer blouse featuring a decorative saddle shoulder, worked from the top down.
The cropped silhouette pairs beautifully with high-waisted pants or skirts, or worn over dresses.
First, the front neckline is shaped using short rows while increases are worked along the saddle shoulder at the same time. The piece is then worked entirely in the round with further increases — first for the saddle shoulder, then for the sleeves, and finally for both sleeves and body.
After the yoke is completed, the stitches are divided under the arms into sleeves and body. The body is finished first, followed by the sleeves, both worked in the round.
All hems are bound off using an I-cord bind-off.

PATTERN and Gauge
Stockinette stitch worked with 2 strands of “Pearl Mohair” (210m/25g) by Majo
Using 7 mm needles in the round or needle size to obtain gauge (if you knit very loosely, choose a smaller needle size for all specified needles):
14 stitches x 18 rounds = 10 x 10 cm
Tip for simulating working in the round when swatching:
Since purl stitches are often looser, use a smaller needle for the wrong-side rows (e.g., 6.5 mm).
