Boxy Mohair Oversized Sweater

The MARTA Jumper is a short, boxy pullover that is knit top down in one piece.
The stitches for the neck are cast on with a crochet needle to ensure a stable and aesthetically pleasing neckline. The yoke and the increases start out in rows (to account for the short row shaping along the neck). Later, the increases are worked in the round.
Once the yoke is finished, front and back are worked separately up to the armholes where they are joined again to finish the rest of the pullover in the round.
The stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armhole and the sleeves are then knit in the round.

If using a single color
Note: The jumper is knit using 4 strands. You can start by using 4 balls at the same time. When using 2 balls, pull the yarn from the inside and the outside of each ball. Depending on your size you might end up with 1 ball, which then has to be rewound for you to be able to work with 4 strands. Alternatively, you could buy an extra ball.
